On a personal note,
Pam was my friend. I know that that makes me a member of a
huge club, one that it is an honor to be part of. Knowing Pam
as the shining light at the Del Raye, from house hunting for my
condo with her as she took her first steps in the real estate
business and being with her as she addressed her disease, has always
been an honor. Because of her special spirit, it was always
wonderful.
As her friends
Melissa and Ron wrote in the comments page at Gazettenet.com, Pam IS
the most beautiful person to have graced the face of this earth.
I want to write about how she was both beautiful inside and out, but
sadly, that has become a cliché, and I am not prolific enough to
find better words. Anyone who knew Pam understands.
Perhaps there are no words.
Any day you were fortunate enough
to
encounter Pam for any reason, was a day enriched in a special way
only that only Pam could accomplish.
When Pam became a real estate
agent, I set up PamBegley.com as a gift to her to help her with her
new business, never dreaming that I'd find myself putting the site
to this use. Somehow it is an honor to be able to memorialize
this outstanding human being.
Pam, my friend, I'll miss you
everyday. Although your time spent with us was way to short,
you made the world a better place than most anyone else could do in
many lifetimes.
Rest in Peace my special friend.
